How to pack glass products

 1. Wooden boxes, most logistics companies recommend this method, but I do not recommend this method. Advantages: strong, disadvantages: shock resistance is not very good, no elasticity, and no buffering effect (because loading and unloading most of them are loaded and unloaded roughly), and the weight of the wooden box can not be ignored, maybe heavier than the baby itself, it is charged by weight when mailed;

2. Sturdy plastic box. I think that this kind of outer packaging is more practical, strong and flexible, and light in weight. It is mainly recommended.

3. Foam box, this kind is also worth recommending, but it is not as strong as the first two. The advantage is elasticity and lightweight. Don't forget, don't choose the kind of foam box that is too thin, at least 3 cm It's thick, and you need to use transparent glue to surround the foam box a few times;

4. Carton, it is best to use a five-layer postal packing carton, you can go to Taobao stores that specialize in postal supplies to order by mail, which is much cheaper than the post office. Special care must be taken to be strong when packing in a carton, and do not use soft ones that are severely deformed.

B. Inner packaging

If the outer packaging is made of wooden boxes and plastic boxes, there should be a layer of cardboard boxes inside, and then a layer of elastic items, such as bubble film or cotton wool or foam, or crumpled old newspapers or plastic floor mats, should be laid on the bottom of the cardboard box. Or cotton, and then put glass or ceramic products. If the product is easy to open, remember to put some cotton or foam or newspaper in it and lightly stuff it. If there are multiple pieces, separate each piece with an elastic object. Glue them tightly with transparent glue, put them in the middle of the box, stuff them around with elastic items, and then cover the upper layer with elastic items. After inspecting the goods at the logistics company, cover the lids and wrap them with tape.
